Shipping Policy

Each Crown & Veil Parfums order is prepared with care and precision before leaving our studio.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During limited releases, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

All alcohol-based fragrances are shipped via approved ground transportation in accordance with federal shipping regulations. Air shipping is not available for perfume products.

We ship through USPS and UPS ground services with tracking provided for every order.

Delivery timelines vary by destination. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Crown & Veil Parfums is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Address Accuracy

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace. We will assist where possible, but responsibility transfers to the carrier once delivery is confirmed.
